Accossato forged PRS radial master cylinders feature an adjustable ratio feature that changes the fulcrum distance of the plunger to the piston.  This adjustment results in a different feel to the lever (harder to softer) and has three stages of adjustment.  

19 mm plunger/piston size units are adjustable from 17mm to 19 mm and these are usually used on twin disc braking systems.

17 mm plunger/piston size units are adjustable from 17mm to 19 mm and these are usually used on twin disc braking systems

16 mm plunger/piston size units are adjustable from 17mm to 19 mm and these are normally used on single disc braking systems.

Adjustment now takes just a few seconds and the unique Accossato twin cam system means you can adjust the lever ratio and retain the correct aligment between piston & plunger shaft.

Each master cylinder comes complete with a folding type brake lever.

Thread size for brake line connection is M10x1.0 mm.  This may require a new banjo bolt depending on what your current brake set up has.  Race Supplies has both single and double banjo bolts in stock.

As standard Race Supplies stocks these with Black levers but they are available in Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Orange,Titanium and Silver.  From time to time we do have some colour options available, please ask if you require something other than black

Top level road racers in New Zealand who have used other Italian made radial master cylinders have a very clear preference to the Accossato unit.  They say they get a improved feel on the brakes and a more consistant brake over the toughest races at the NZSBK series.
